Bliss Salads

Client

Bliss Salads is a new healthy restaurant specialised in preparing recipes with vegetables and smoothies.

Business Requirements

Problem

The client wanted an image that represented the balance between yin and yang, while maintaining some connection with nature and the products that he uses in his recipes such as vegetables.

Solution

A logo is created from a capital letter S modified symmetrically on the spine to have two equal spaces on both sides. Inside, two sheets are drawn based on superimposed circles that represent yin and yang. Only one font style is used for the logo, typeface family: Source Sans Pro.

Opportunity

Parts of the logo design help create a variety of extras for different products and promotional materials, which are used in the dishes and restaurant products such as bottles, cups, bowls and napkins.

Restaurant Decoration

The client wants to maintain an image of quality, fresh, young and ecological food that is prepared quickly. Therefore, the restaurant sign is made of recycled material. Also, the logo going outside the printed area makes it look more friendly and it gives a personal touch to the company.

Promotional Elements

The logo is printed on two different versions of tableware: one white and one black, to give a touch of variety in the restaurant when serving food. A version is also made where the logo is printed on the bowl while the text goes on the plate.
